  I have been a resident at Park Central for a couple months now and I believe I made a great choice in joining this community. I am a single father so it is important to me that I live in a safe and secure environment. This community is full of respectful and caring individuals, from the Greystar staff to every neighbor that I've had the pleasure of meeting. The apartments themselves are modern, open and clean. All appliances are either brand new or relatively like new condition. I have only ever had one maintenance issue (electrical) with my apartment. Greystar was attentive and was able to resolve the issue within a couple of days. Most of my interaction has primary been with the young ladies that run the leasing office. They are all professional, accommodating and most importantly approachable.
