  I have been going to this cleaners for the past year because it is close to home. The owner is very kind and courteous, however there have been several times that my cleaning was promised in a week (which is ample time) and I go in after two weeks and it is still not done. The due dates don't seem to matter, and an apology for the inconvenience or a discount for my trouble isn't offered. Prices are the same as others. Currently looking for another cleaners.
