  We've had this agency for two years and are switching in just a few weeks. It can't happen soon enough. We've only had two claims in two years. One was a simple electrical problem but the other was a serious problem with our cook top. We had to fight for three months to get it covered and fixed! they denied it twice! We went without a cooktop during Thanksgiving!! These people are crooks! Don't walk, run to any other agency out there! You'll be glad you did.
