  Incorrect delivery unfortunately was not rectified by GSL:
  
  Over the phone I ordered 48 10' long pieces of wood for a slat fence. I received 44 12' long pieces with the understanding, as per Bill H of the Concord location who I got on the phone during the delivery, that GSL would correct the order.
  I was very specific to order 48 10' long pieces because that is exactly what I would need for the fence. So the order was wrong in two ways:
  1. I did not receive 48 pieces
  2. I received 48 (528-480) linear feet too many of the wrong length of wood.
  
  I tried to explain this to Bill H. twice, once on the phone and once in person but no matter. He simply did not understand that I could not use the remaining 2' pieces. "This isn't difficult" I said at some point, "I need 48 10' long pieces, not 480 1' long pieces." Anyway, I am disputing part of the charge and won't be going back to GSL.
  
  Beware: Getting orders corrected, when it was GSL's fault, is pretty much a waste of time.
